Our event partners and gracious hosts, Ability 360 and High Country Adaptive, have teamed up with Kootenay Adaptive to bring you FLOW in the Southwest. This event is designed for women in the Level 2 – 4 skill range and Level 3+ fitness range on our event skills and fitness rating system, but provides plenty of opportunity to riders of higher skill to work on their own riding, while enjoying the terrain North of Phoenix Arizona. What you have to say!

“This event was truly life changing in that I
had the chance to network with like-minded
individuals who understand the challenges
that come with living with a disability but we
also got to adventure and do mountain
biking and socializing. I loved it all to be
honest, each day was so amazing!”
