What a difference a year makes. In March 2022, we brought you to the Coast rainforest of Squamish BC. September saw us gathering in Alberta’s Rocky Mountains. This March, we invite you to join us in sunny Phoenix Arizona for the third FLOW Retreat.

Ready for good times under the desert sun? FLOW Arizona won’t disappoint. Join industry leaders like Sierra Roth, Annijke Wade and more, for 4 days of riding, learning and community. Our event partners and gracious hosts, Ability 360 and High Country Adaptive, have teamed up with Kootenay Adaptive to bring you FLOW in the Southwest. This event is designed for women in the Level 2 – 4 skill range and Level 3+ fitness range on our event skills and fitness rating system, but provides plenty of opportunity to riders of higher skill to work on their own riding, while enjoying the terrain North of Phoenix Arizona. This event is open to all women with disabilities, whether you ride a recumbent cycle, 2-wheeled MTB or any kind of adaptive mountain bike.

Will there be instruction and coaching?

Yes, absolutely! We want you to learn as much as you can during the retreat and leave feeling like you can take on more than you imagined.

Is this event beginner friendly?

Please check out our event skills and fitness rating system. This event is geared towards riders in the Level 2-4 range, with a fitness level of 3 plus.

I don’t have my own bike/aMTB, can I still come?

We have a number of different styles of aMTB available, from hand-cycles to recumbent leg cycles.
